Not yet — the Club isn’t a “how to use Squarespace” course. It’s where designers come after they’ve learned the basics and want help applying them to real projects, systems, and clients.

Yep, probably! The Club’s platform (Circle) uses Stripe to process transactions, and it currently supports payments in AED, AUD, BRL, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HUF, INR, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, RON, SAR, SEK, SGD, TRY, USD, and ZAR.

Yes, of course! You're not locked into anything. You can cancel, renew or change your membership billing cycle whenever you need to, –no questions asked.
Plans are managed inside your own Member account from your profile, –which leaves me completely out of it & you have total control.

Absolutely! That’s kind of the whole point: I wanted people to have full control over when & how long they want to stick around because everyone’s needs & budgets are different!
Memberships are paid month-to-month or annually specifically for that reason. When you pay annually you get a month or more totally free, just like you’re used to with most subscriptions, and people who stay longer than a year get a thank-you discount on top of that!
Month-to-month means you can leave/change anytime you want by canceling your membership from your profile’s billing area. You can also change your billing cycle at any time!

Pick the plan that works best for your budget, and when it's time to cancel, you can manage your plan, billing information & billing cycle within your Member profile & account area, just like you can with Squarespace or any other subscription service.
*Prorated refunds for unused time after cancelling an annual plan are manual and issued by request due to system limitations. No refunds will be issued for past (used) time in the membership.

YES. Circle calls this “deactivating” your account which sounds way more dramatic than it is. 😂 You can do this quietly & without judgement from your own profile in Circle.
That said, I have 2 quick notes/tips for this:
If you’re on a paid plan, you should cancel that first before you deactivate.
Not all Circle groups have this option enabled for members because it’s up to the Admin of the group to allow it or not, ––but my group DOES because I believe you should be able to digitally remove yourself if you want.
👇🏼 Here’s how that works, and where to go to leave any Circle group, IF the Admin has enabled this option for their members:

Refunds are not issued for canceled monthly memberships. If you cancel your plan, you will retain access until the end of the current month, and when it cancels Circle will switch up what you have access to automatically.
If you change the billing cycle for your membership, you will pay a prorated amount, then your plan access will change immediately.
If you cancel your Annual membership and you want a refund, you must request a pro-rated refund from me (& let me handle it for you) for the remaining unused months left on your membership, excluding the active/current month. Due to platform payment limitations, prorated refunds cannot be issued automatically.
For example, if you start in January & cancel in June, a prorated refund of your payment’s unused time in the Membership can be issued at the discounted annual rate, since part of the year's membership was not used.

Yep! From within your Member’s account, in the Billing area, you can select a new billing cycle at any time.
This allows you to try out the Membership for an affordable monthly rate, and then decide to switch between Monthly & Annual later if you prefer not to have monthly payments anymore.

Restarting a canceled subscription that is currently still active (hasn’t reached the final cancelation date yet) can be done from the Billing area of your Member account with a couple of clicks.
Renewing a canceled subscription that is currently inactive (past the expiration date), can also be done from the Billing area of your Member account with a couple of clicks.
Unless you deactivate your account (completely leave the group) after you cancel, your Member account is still available to you upon login, just without access to the paid Membership content & rooms; this way you can manage your own Billing details whenever/however you like!
